Margaret A. Johnson, P.E., PCC grew up in Detroit, Michigan, and moved to Texas as fast as she could after graduating from Michigan State University! She utilizes her B.S. Mechanical Engineering, MBA, professional engineering license and International Coaching Federation credentials to inspire people and organizations to move from the SOS (Same Old Stuff) to WOW! (Well on the Way) through exploring the realm of possibilities. Johnson’s experience ranges from engineering and management in the electric power industry to sales and consulting in the oil and gas industry.
Margaret speaks, coaches and trains individuals and groups to achieve their goals through busting assumptions, unleashing creative ideas and developing a plan for taking courageous risks.

Margaret resides in Friendswood, Texas, with her husband Mike. She enjoys golf , teaching indoor cycle and yoga, competing in bikini/body building shows and hanging out on the beach. Their two sons, Jeff and Michael, also live in Texas. Jeff lives in Dallas with his wife Hilary and son Eddie, while Michael lives in San Antonio with his wife Chrissy and daughter Julianne.
