busting your assumptions about developing these relationships,
who and how to partner with higher ups,
understanding each others' strengths and weaknesses,
getting a handle on their priorities, work styles and expectations,
taking the risk to start the conversation and
dealing with less than ideal bosses.

Then we will open up the conversation to any questions you would like to explore.
